ABOUT THE ARTWORK:
I painted this new Blood Orange IV smartphone wallpaper as a thank you to my patrons & followers of my career for your continued support. Oranges have symbolized luck, love, prosperity, and fertility for centuries. In Medieval times, blood oranges were a symbol of status and power. Just like the Pomegranate XXXI wallpaper I released last year, this oil painting is a fun way to take original art with you on the go and is a good option if you aren’t ready to invest in a traditional oil painting quite yet.
Blood Orange IV can be used as a wallpaper or screensaver on all your devices including smartphones, smart watches, tablets, computers, and (apparently) smart televisions.
I created this original oil painting of the inside of a blood orange to use specifically as a digital screensaver and wallpaper. After purchasing, you will receive an email with four high resolution images of the painting. Each image is sized for a different device: 16:9 aspect ratio for Smartphones, 16:10 aspect ratio for Tablets, and 4:3 aspect ratio for iPads.
It is easy to set up:
- Save the appropriate image to your device
- Go to the device settings
- Set Blood Orange IV as your wallpaper
Use the full image or rotate and zoom in to your favorite juicy part for a more abstract design. Shoot me an email if you run into any problems, need a different aspect ratio, or just want to show me how stylish it looks on your devices! Please also tag me in your social media pictures @AngelaFaustina.
As you may have noticed, I set up my digital artwork with an open pricing system so you can pay what you want for it — including nothing at all. Please pay whatever you feel is appropriate based on your means and appreciation of my work. Oil painting supplies are expensive and I appreciate every purchase. However, I am also thrilled to get my paintings in front of art lovers. Please share this page with anyone you think might enjoy it!
Subscribers to my Art Studio Newsletter received access to Blood Orange IV before it was released to the public. My newsletter is a seasonal update on my studio practice and art career that’s sent out up to 4 times a year. Fill out the form on my Contact page or send an email to Angela@AngelaFaustina.com with the subject line ADD ME if you would like to join.
Thank you for following my art studio journey and career. I truly appreciate your support and patronage.
