My first solo exhibition took place at the Mildred Sainer Arts Pavilion in Sarasota, Florida, in 2009. The art exhibition featured three different types of my artwork — intaglio prints of fruit fragments, oil paintings of fruit fragments on brightly colored backgrounds, and oil paintings of the inside of fruit. It was the culmination of my thesis work at New College of Florida, where I graduated summa cum laude.
